Nyambayar is an experienced tourism professional with over 15 years in the industry. He co-founded two of Mongolia’s most successful travel companies — Unlock Steppe Mongolia and Delkhii Travel X (www.travelx.mn) — alongside with Lkham-Erdene. After studying tourism in France and working as a guide in Mongolia, Bayaraa gained deep insight into both international travel standards and local culture.

He now leads Unlock Steppe Mongolia as its Director, managing sales, operations, and all aspects of the website and digital tools. His passion and expertise help shape meaningful, high-quality travel experiences for clients from around the world.

She co-founded Unlock Steppe Mongolia together with Nyambayar, driven by a shared vision to develop authentic and responsible tourism in Mongolia. She has also lived in France for 3 years and Turkey for 5 years, gaining valuable international perspective and experience. Later, Lkham-Erdene and Nyambayar also established Delkhii Travel X, expanding their reach into outbound tourism. Today, she is responsible for B2B partnerships, charter flight arrangements, and all aviation-related operations within the company. Lkham-Erdene is also a board member of the Mongolian Tourism Organization (MTO), where she actively contributes to the advancement and global promotion of Mongolian tourism. Azaa has been working in the tourism industry since 2015. Before stepping into a leadership role, he worked as a manager, handling a wide range of responsibilities — from managing reservations for camps, hotels, and nomadic family stays, to selecting and inspecting vehicles for tours. His attention to detail and reliability made him a key part of operations.

Today, Azaa leads the team and oversees all logistical and operational aspects of the company, ensuring every journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

Tsetsegmaa is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all camping materials and equipment. This includes tents, tables, mess tents, storage warehouses, and other logistical supplies essential for outdoor operations. She ensures that all items are properly inventoried, stored, transported, and set up according to each tour’s specific requirements. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills guarantee that every camping experience runs smoothly and efficiently.

Bujin began her career as an English-speaking guide in Mongolia, initially working for another travel agency. Her professionalism, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility quickly stood out. Impressed by her performance, we welcomed her to our team. Today, Bujin handles all camp reservations, contributes actively to sales, and occasionally accompanies clients on tours when needed. Her versatility and dedication make her a valuable asset to our operations.
