kh Burkhant Complex - Giant Statue of Danzanravjaa's Vision
The Ikh Burkhant Complex in Dornod Province is one of Mongolia’s most spiritually and artistically significant monuments. Built in the 19th century by local artisans under the direction of the renowned monk Danzanravjaa, this site features a massive relief of the Bodhisattva Janraisig (Avalokiteshvara) carved into a hillside.
