Located in the historic Orkhon Valley near Kharkhorin, the Museum of Khoshoo Tsaidam is dedicated to the legacy of the Göktürks, the ancient Turkic empire that flourished in Mongolia during the 6th to 8th centuries. The museum houses replicas and artifacts from the Khoshoo Tsaidam monuments, most notably the Orkhon Inscriptions, which are among the earliest examples of Turkic script.
