Amarbayasgalant Monastery, meaning "Monastery of Tranquil Felicity", is one of the most majestic and best-preserved Buddhist monastic centers in Mongolia. Located in the Iven Valley of Selenge Province, it was built in the 18th century in honor of the great religious reformer Zanabazar.
