Founder of Steppe Cavaliers Mongolia

Since childhood, Lkhamaa has loved traveling, discovering unknown lands and getting to know new people. She studied in Turkey in international relations for 5 years. When she was a student, she worked as a guide for Mongolian tourists in Turkey. During her holidays in Mongolia, she introduced English speakers to her country. Wishing to develop tourism in her country, she decided in 2016 to create her own agency named Steppe Mongolia, she lived in several countries including 3 years in France and 5 years in Turkey. Today she leads the whole team.

Sales Manager

Bayaraa is an experienced professional guide in the tourism industry. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he has a wealth of knowledge that he uses to help others plan the perfect vacation. He created two of the most successful tourism agencies in the Mongolia: Steppe Cavaliers Adventure and Travelx Découverte Monde with Lkham-Erdene, He has also studied tourism in France and worked as a guide in Mongolia.
Bayaraa is currently working as a sales manager and is responsible for the development of French sites. He is passionate about helping others create the perfect getaway and will be happy to help you plan your dream vacation.

Azaa

Logistics Manager

He is an experienced manager in the tourism industry. He has been working with us since the creation of the agency and studied as an English translator at the National University of Mongolia. He has also worked for a long time as the logistics manager, so he knows Mongolia tourism very well. Today, he creates the itineraries for all our trips and supervises all the guides, drivers, and cooks. We are confident that you will be in safe hands with our sales manager at the helm.

Chuluunbayar

In 2008, he went for Shanghai to study tourism. He finished his studies in 2012 and worked for 4 years in a Chinese travel agency in Shanghai. He knows the world tourism context very well.

Today he is responsible for all traveler reservations and the annual schedule. He develops the English site and is the first contact in Mongolia

Pagmaa

Pagmaa is also one of the first members of the Steppe Cavaliers Mongolia Family. She spends her time on the phone because she takes care of all the reservations for plane tickets, hotels, yurt camps, restaurants, shows... She makes sure that everything goes well for travelers .

Bayarmaa

Bayarmaa is our accountant. She is the only person who is in the office all year. She is in charge of all the accounting. She verifies all receipts for expenses for each channel and takes care of monthly and annual VAT declarations.
